GB Building Contractors Limited quoted for a complete bathroom refurbishment which included structural changes to the interior of the house, boiler replacement, electrical work and roof replacement including the installation of a lantern roof. The prices were competitive and the project was completed reassuringly well within budget and on time. The final product exceeded all expectations. Due to the complexity of this small project, as many as 9 people were involved at any one time, and it is to Marc Gavin's credit that his excellent project management skills removed any need for intervention or concern. At the end of each day, every effort was made to ensure that the house remained clean, habitable and accessible. Marc's personal boast that his team treats every house as if it was their own and disruption was kept to an absolute minimum.
